Assalamualaikum everyone.
For three years living in Korea, thank God I learned a lot while studying for a master's degree there. Bittersweet experiences are all felt. The most unforgettable challenge is finding halal food. So, in this post I want to share a list of all halal food restaurants, especially in Seoul. Some of the restaurants below are Halal certified by the Korea Muslim Federation (KMF).
The way to go to this restaurant is to copy the given address and paste it on Kakao Maps or Naver maps, and after that the direction will be shown to the restaurant. Make sure you download both of these maps first because Google maps doesn't work well in Korea. I hope to be able to help those of you who will visit Seoul later.
Myeongdong
1. My Village Restaurant
If you visit Myeongdong, don't forget to stop at Kampungku Restaurant. Here we can enjoy Korean and Malaysian food. Often, Malaysian students come here to eat Malaysian food because they miss village cuisine. But, as a Malaysian tourist, you can try Korean food and of course Korean food is guaranteed to be 100% halal.
Food: Malaysian foods, Korean foods.
Address: 25 Toegye-ro 20-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul.

2. Busan Jib

1) Busan Jib Korean Foods |
|
2) Busan Jib Korean Fried Chicken |
|
3) Busan Jib KBBQ |
If you come to Myeongdong for the first time, it is quite difficult to find this Busan Jib restaurant because it is located in a small street or a hidden alley. If you search on google or even on maps, it's really hard to find unless you have a tour guide or a friend to show you the way. But, no. For solo travelers, just copy the address below and paste it in Kakao maps, God willing you will be able to find the way. This restaurant has three separate shops. The first store provides Korean food based. Here you can try a variety of Korean food. Second, on the right side separated between the stairs, there is a Korean Fried Chicken shop. Here you can try original Korean fried chicken recipes that are crunchy and crispy. Really recommended Korean fried chicken here! The third, a restaurant with a BBQ meat concept and is located on the second floor.
That day, we ate at Busan Jib Korean foods and at the same time wanted to try Korean fried chicken. So, the staff said you can order first at Kedai fried chicken and eat at our Korean foods store. Later the staff will deliver the food to the Korean foods store here. But, pay separately. The best thing is that there is a prayer room on the third floor. You can rest and pray after shopping around Myeongdong.

Kalau nak cuba masakan Indonesia seperti bakso, nasi goreng ayam bakar, nasi padang dan lain-lain, boleh datang singgah sini. Setakat nie, nasi goreng kat sini memang the best in the world for me.

5. Korean Halal Restaurant :Jipbap KimSongSaeng (집밥 김선생)

Memang geram tapi okay bolehlah fun sikit-sikit. Apa yang best, halal dan open 24 hours.
